We offer a return policy for all purchases made online, allowing customers to receive a refund or store credit. To initiate the return process, please contact us with your order details and return request within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are located in the Netherlands or Belgium, you may also use our Return Portal  to begin the return process without contacting us.

All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached, and must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns are free in the Netherlands. Returns from other countries will be at the expense of the customer. 

If you wish to exchange or receive a refund for a defective item, please contact us with your return request and mail the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. If the product is damaged due to misuse, accidental or malicious damage, we cannot accept it for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase, and shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. If you have not received your refund, please check with your payment carrier and bank before contacting us.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us with your order details, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item showing the fault. We will rectify the issue as soon as possible.

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the damage. We will issue a refund for the damaged goods and you can reorder the item.
